The Architectural Review Board (ARB) meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month at 6:00 p.m.
The Architectural Review Board (ARB) serves to preserve and promote the character and aesthetics of the Municipality and to encourage high standards of exterior building design. The ARB reviews all applications for building permits, both residential and commercial, for new construction, additions, alterations, accessory structures, fences, decks, swimming pools, tennis courts and such. All sign permit applications are also reviewed.
Building Permit Applications
Building Permit Applications for new construction or exterior renovations will be referred to the Architectural Review Board after the Building Inspector has reviewed the applications and verified that there are no outstanding The applications must include completed Building Permit Application.
Sign Permits Applications
Applications for Sign Permits will be referred to the ARB after the Code Enforcement Officer completes an initial review and verifies that there are no outstanding Sign permit applications which are referred to the ARB must include signed and completed Application Intake Checklist.
Applications which are approved by the ARB will be referred back to the Building Administrator for further processing prior to the issuance of building

Architectural Review Board Chairman, Gregory Minasian
Gregory Minasian was appointed as the Village of Westhampton Beach Architectural Board Chairman for a 1-year term which expires May 31, 2024. He was also appointed as member of the board for a 5-year term which expires May 31, 2026. He has been a member of the Board since 1985.
Architectural Review Board Member, Peggy-Ann Jayne
Peggy Jayne was appointed as a member of the Architectural Review Board for a 5-year term which expires May 31, 2027.
Architectural Review Board Member, Christopher Mensch
Christopher Mensch was appointed December 1, 2021 as a member of the Architectural Review Board and is completing the 5-year term of Laurette Lizak which expires May 31, 2028.
Architectural Review Board Member, Andrea Kaloustian
Andrea Kaloustian was appointed as a member of the Architectural Review Board for a 5-year term which expires May 31, 2024.
Architectural Review Board Member, Michael Stoehr
Michael Stoehr was appointed as a member of the Architectural Review Board for a 5-year term which expires May 31, 2027.
