Can Non-Resident Seasonal Renters (Westhampton, Remsenburg, Speonk, Quiogue) get a beach pass?

Yes, the homeowner must provide a letter to the Village giving permission to transfer the permit to the tenant. (1) Car sticker must be made available to the tenant.

FEES – $975 +  $3 PER PHOTO ID CARD

Hotel/Bed & Breakfast Guest Beach Pass

FEES – $10 PER DAY/PER PERSON (10yrs old & over)

I am a Fire Dept. or EMS volunteer, how do I apply for my beach permit?

Village Taxpayers, Year-Round Village Renters, WHB Fire Department Personnel, WHB Ambulance Personnel and WHB Village Employees please view BEACH ACCESS page under the Village Beaches tab.

I am a resident/taxpayer, how many passes can I get?

# OF PASSES / FEES – 4 BEACH PASSES & 1 PARKING PERMIT (2ND PARKING PERMIT – $40.00)

PROOF OF RESIDENCY – DRIVER’S LICENSE & CAR REGISTRATION

 

I am a student at Westhampton Beach, can I still get a walk on pass?

Yes, (1) walk on pass per student, no car stickers will be given to students.

I am renting in the Village for the summer, how can I get a beach pass?

The Landlord must complete a Summer Rental application in the Village of Westhampton Building Department and be willing to give up their beach sticker to the renter. https://westhamptonbeach.org/documents/summer-rental-application/

I have a commercial business in the Village, can I get a beach pass?

Yes, passes are transferable to tenant at owners discretion. A commercial property application must be on file.

I just purchased a new home, what documentation do I need?

New homeowners must provide a copy of their tax bill, deed (less than 6 months) or closing papers. As long as the first and last names match on the vehicle registration to one of these documents, you will be fine.

I rent year round but not in the Village, can I get a beach pass?

When are lifeguards on duty?

Lifeguards are on duty WEEKENDS ONLY until the beach opens 7 days/week from 10am-5pm.

Friday, May 10th from 4:00 pm –7:00 pm & Saturday, May 11th from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm @ Village Hall. Starting May 25th – June 22nd from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm @ Rogers Beach.

         AFTER JUNE 28TH – 7 days a week from 10:00 AM– 5:00 PM at Rogers Beach.
