Public Hearing: Special Exception – “Caffeine” 115 Main Street
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Westhampton Beach will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 4, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. for the Special Exception application filed by Steven Caro for 8 Grams Café LLC d/b/a Caffeine for “Outdoor Tables, Chairs and/or Benches” and “Outdoor Music” for property located at 115 Main Street.
The Board of Trustees will hear all persons interested at the public hearing to be held as aforesaid and may appear in person or by agent or by attorney. The Village of Westhampton Beach does provide handicapped access to all public meetings.
