Village Property Taxes are due each year by July 1st!
Taxes are collected annually from June 1 and payable through July 1 without penalty. Any payment made after July 1 will incur a penalty per New York State Real Property Tax law 1438.

The Board of Trustees believes it is in the best interest of the Village of Westhampton Beach to continue to enforce collection of Village property taxes pursuant to Title 3 of Article 14 of the Real Property Tax Law.
Contact for information on Village property taxes and assessments. Reviews senior, disability, and veterans tax exemptions applications and renewals. Administers the property tax liens program and provides information for the filing of Tax Grievances and Small Claims. Coordinates the rental of boat slips at the Village marina with the Dockmaster and maintains the boat slip waiting list.
