Effective May 25, 2024 Non-owner occupied commercial property owners are entitled to one (1) complimentary parking sticker and four (4) walk-on passes. Additional parking sticker must be purchased for $40.00
Commercial Property Owners are permitted to give any or all of the stickers and/or passes to your building tenants for their personal use only, so long as you inform the Village in writing.
Below you will find a form that you must file with the Clerk’s office indicating whether or not you would like to retain your stickers and passes or if you would like to assign them to your tenant(s). A COPY OF YOUR MOST RECENT VILLAGE TAX BILL MUST BE INCLUDED WITH FORM.
