In order for a Seasonal Renter in the Village of Westhampton Beach to utilize the Village Beach, the owner of the rental property must relinquish One (1) beach parking sticker which includes four (4) ID cards.

The owner of the property must complete and file in the Village Building Department a "Summer Rental Application". (see below for application)

The fee for a seasonal beach parking sticker is $550.00 and $3.00 per ID card and is available at Rogers Beach on weekends from May 27, 2023 thru June 25, 2023 and 7 days a week from June 26, 2023 thru September 4, 2023 during the hours of 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
